Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the date you received the order, unused, unassembled and in original condition and packaging, for a refund, minus shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If purchase was made during a free shipping promotion, actual shipping charges that we incurred will be deducted from your refund. If you would like an estimate of what the actual shipping charges are, please ask us.

The returned item(s) must be in new, unused, sellable conditions without cosmetic, packaging, or any other damage and have all product tags, packaging and manuals. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please email Support@PartsForSpas.com for a Return Authorization Number, as returns cannot be accepted without this number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return RMA will not be accepted. Once you receive your RMA number and return shipping address you will need ship your order back using a shipping carrier of your choosing. 

Note: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable and insurable (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return until it has been processed.

Non-approved returns will not be accepted nor will we issue credit. 

In some rare cases we may need to charge more to ship to you. Example: shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, remote location.  If your delivery is subject to additional charges we will contact you prior to shipping for approval.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 36 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Damage should be noted with the carrier if possible. Please do not use item and keep it with all packaging materials and box for inspection.  We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. We have the right to request photos of the damage.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account once the refund has been issued.
